COMPANY PROFILE Worldwide Digital USA, Inc. (WWD) was formed in April 2001, specifically to provide back-end office support to medium and large-scale firms. The managing staff of WWD has over 90 years of combined market experience, with primary concentrations in paper source to electronic data conversion, litigation support services, electronic data conversion, document coding and indexing, digital and analog transcription, and medical services (including medical transcription, electronic medical record storage, and medical billing services). WWD utilizes two main production centers located in Tampa, Florida and Chennai, India. The Tampa facility provides sales, customer support, quality control, scanning and imaging, programming, electronic data conversion, and data distribution/communications services. The Chennai facility provides manual keying processes (coding, indexing, unitization, conversion, etc.), database design, transcription, and optical character recognition services. |
