We can handle the conversion of almost any type of source files, including financial documents (invoices, receipts, tax forms, etc.), medical records, newspapers, oversized drawings, microforms (microfilm, microfiche, aperture cards), bound materials, and more.Our typical conversion process includes scanning the source images into digital files to produce an image that mirrors the original, indexing files and documents and extracting key pieces of data, and performing optical character recognition on the document set to allow full-text searching. The images, indexes, and fulltext are then loading into a document management system, such as FileNet®, LaserFiche®, ApplicationXtender®, or any another popular document management system.
