Electronic Data Discovery - ProductionAfter the review is completed, many times it is necessary for the most important subset of documents to be produced in an industry-standard format in order to share it with other groups. Utilizing our distributed model of production, WWD has the ability to scale the amount of computing resources needed in order to produce the deliverable accurately and on time.The final output can be produced for import into several different software packages, including Summation™, Concordance®, and several others. Files can be produced either natively, as TIFF images, or as PDFs with or without embedded text. If produced as an image-based format, files can optionally be endorsed using a custom template for easy document identification later on. Fulltext files from the text extraction and OCR processes are included in the deliverable, as well as customizable index files based on document metadata or user-defined fields. The production can be applied to the entire dataset, or optionally we can perform different productions based on custodian, privelege, date, filetype, or other criteria. In this way, you will be able to easily load only the files needed based on the specific criteria at the time.
