Electronic Data Discovery - Review
Perhaps the most important phase of the EDD process is the review phase, where documents can be tagged as relevant and examined more closely later on during the case. WWD provides several review tools that allow customers to quickly and thoroughly sort through the potentially vast amount of electronic information available for investigation:

Fulltext/metadata searching
The value of fulltext and metadata extraction increases drastically when paired with a comprehensive search tool. WWD provides modern searching functionality for its customers. Wildcard, boolean, proximity, and advanced fuzzy search algorithms are all provided during the review phase, along with specialized metadata search filters. Search results can then be sorted and drilled-down further based on several factors, including relevance, date, and many others. Complete search reports can be generated to give you even more detailed information on the search results.

Document tagging
WWD provides the ability to tag documents into several groups to suit the needs for your case. Documents can be tagged either one-by-one (for instance, some documents need to be reviewed one-by-one to see if they contain privileged material), or in batches (for instance, all emails during a certain month can be tagged for production). Custom tags can be used to add even more flexibility with your case.
After the documents have been reviewed, documents tagged for production are then carried over to the final stage of WWD's EDD process.
