Image Endorsing
WWD's image endorsing solution adds both the unique document number (Bates number) and any specific endorsement required for each document (Confidential, For Internal Use Only, etc.). Regardless of the size of the imaging task, our process uniquely and sequentially endorses each image, assuring that all of the documents remain in order. WWD's process automatically ensures that the endorsements never cover any of the scanned image data while still maintaining the same image size as the original source document.One of the advantages of electronic image endorsing is that you can be assured that all copies of the documents (both physical and electronic) are exactly the same and created from the same source document. Also, image endorsing allows for the placement of the endorsement at the same location on each page, making reference to the page much easier than having to look around on the page for the page number or other identifying piece of information. WWD has the capability of endorsing your images in many different ways and styles, all catering to the specific needs of the task at hand. The final endorsement and numbering can follow any layout of your choosing (prefix, suffix, numbering, page alignment, etc.). After endorsing, hard copies can be printed (blowbacks) to share with anyone as required. |
