Company History and ProfileWorldwide Digital USA, Inc. (WWD) was formed in April 2001 to provide highly talented back-end office support to medium and large-scale law, publishing, manufacturing, and medical firms. The managing staff of WWD has over 100 years of combined market experience, with primary concentrations in paper source to electronic data conversion, litigation support, electronic data discovery, document coding and indexing, digital and analog transcription, and medical services. WWD utilizes two main production centers: one located in Palm Harbor, Florida (just outside of Tampa), and the other in Chennai, India. The Palm Harbor facility provides sales, customer support, quality control, scanning and imaging, programming, electronic data conversion, administration, and data distribution & communications services. WWD's Chennai facility provides the manual capture processes (coding, indexing, unitization, conversion, etc.), database design, transcription, optical character recognition, and IT support, development, and processing services. Unlike other competing firms, WWD manages its own production facilities, with no "third party" outsourcing involved. All aspects of jobs and tasks are directly managed and supervised from the Florida location, allowing WWD the ability to quickly change priorities, delivery options, staffing and all other production items associated with satisfying the customer's requirements and needs, even if these requirements should change midstream during a task. |
