Medical Transcription with eMedSuite
Utilizing eMedSuite™, our web-based medical transcription portal, WWD offers quick and easy electronic delivery of transcribed medical reports. By employing experienced and skilled transcriptionists, mistakes are minimized and as a result, reports do not have to be reworked. This allows us to pass our savings on to you.Our transcriptionists provide 98% or better accuracy by utilizing state of the art medical transcription software and the most complete and customizable medical dictionaries. Regardless of accent or dictation speed, you can be assured that the returned reports will be of the highest quality. We offer stat to 24 hour turnaround times, 7 days a week. Stat reports are given priority by our transcriptionists and are typically returned within 4 hours of receipt of the dictation, though quicker turnaround times can be accomodated. Standard reports are returned the next day. Regardless of the turnaround time requested, the same high quality is achieved for all reports. Two different modes of dictation can be used: electronic dictation via digital voice recorder and toll free dial-in dictation. Both methods of dictation integrate seamlessly with eMedSuite™, so doctors will not have to change their preferred method of dictation. HIPAA ComplianceWe are committed to adopting procedures and protocols that will comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. We have completed the gap and risk assessments for compliance with the Privacy regulations and activities include the development and implementation of systems, policies and procedures that have been identified as necessary to comply with HIPAA.These areas include but are not limited to: (1) standards for administrative simplification, including the standards for electronic transactions, the national standard health care provider identifier, and the national standard employer identifier; (2) standards for electronic signatures and the security of electronic individually identifiable health information; and (3) standards for privacy of individually identifiable health information. We have developed and implemented the necessary non-disclosure agreements, protocols, methods, practices, software which ensures the meeting of the security required for the maintenance of the confidentiality of PHI (Protected Health Information) as well as the security and encryption methods and applications to insure the security of our systems, products, applications and networks. |
